My parents needed help finding roofers that could assess and fix or replace their 17+ year old roof so their insurance can get renewed. I didn’t know much about it and decided to turn to Yelp. I went through ‘Yelp Guaranteed’ because … More of the $2500 coverage using their ‘request quote’ system. Glad I did - received quotes within minutes - more than I needed actually!
Rescue Roofing was top 5 on there and were one of the first ones to reply on a Friday so we set up a Free inspection for the coming Monday. Allen and Mike showed up on time at my parents’ residence ready for the inspection - they took their time with it and were super professional but casual in the way they handled themselves.
I already paid for a quote from another roofer but these dudes came prepared to show me exactly what they saw and why they thought we needed a new roof. They gave me a quote, showed me materials and guided me through the entire process of roof replacement - from the financing to contracts, inspections, what to expect and a very specific timeline which was super helpful since it was a busy time for me. Most importantly they did it without any of the typical salesman pitch, pressure and posturing. Show the customer all the facts, your product and what your service can offer and let them decide!
Because of the confidence I had in Allen and Mike we made a decision that night and signed docs the next day. They started the process that week and kept me in the loop about their schedule and the whole thing was done in about a week and a half. From beginning to end we knew what to expect and was never in the dark and that made the difference.
Roof looks great and my parents have peace of mind that they made a wise decision and a sound investment going with the good people at Rescue Roofing. Thanks again Allen and Mike! -

I admit that … More I initially had some reservations in dealing w/ another contractor after experiencing a recent "nightmare" w/ my home renovation - our reno project was not completely done & my licensed contractor has gradually disappear in the picture. However, Allen (RRC Foreman) gained our trust & restored our confidence to pursue our roof project w/ RRC. We are glad we did. Allen's professionalism was exemplified in his excellent follow through, great communication and clear understanding of the progression of our project. We do appreciate his quick responses & open channels of communication.
The roofers themselves are experts in their own skills. They arrived on time, performed efficiently, and had provided safe environment, while working, for both the homeowners and workers.
The overall outcome & quality of the project is worth the value and price. We feel that the project is a great investment that we definitely will enjoy for many years to come.

What an incredible experience from the initial phone call to book an appointment with rescue roofing, meeting the foremen’s on the initial day of inspection all the way throughout getting my roof done by them! Eddie and Gio came out for … More the first inspection and i was amazed on their knowledge and professionalism. They did a thorough inspection from my attic, to my garage, to the top of the roof! They even asked me to go up with them and assured me I’ll be safe with them by my side. They weren’t the cheapest bid i got and i usually get 3 estimates for a cost of this size. They were in the middle of all the estimates but the trust and knowledge i gained from them i couldn’t put a price tag on. They kept me updated every step of the way and were so fast and efficient that it didn’t even feel like i was getting my roof done! Permits and inspections all handled by them in a timely manner and i was just in an awe with them. I decided to go with the presidential shingles because i loved the look of it and i was so happy by the service i got from the whole rescue roofing team! I will only use them and recommend them to anyone i know in need of a new roof! Thank you Eddie and gio for my new roof!!! -
I used Yelp to find a roofing contractor after multiple calls calls I had 3 estimates lined up from 3 different companies. I had Rescue Roofing come for my last estimate and I was super happy with every step. Eddie who came out to do the … More inspection was super thorough and explained all the details. He was very trustworthy and super knowledgeable. After I signed all the contracts I was updated every day until the project started. Eddie did an amazing job by making sure his crew did prepping and making sure around the house was tarped and ready for the work. He went ahead and sent me the full updated pictures to all the steps. The job overall took 9 days with all inspection and I am super happy of the work. I would definitely suggest anyone reading this to request for Project manager Eddie because I am super thankful for the work he did on my house. Super appreciative for the hard work on my roof it looks amazing

Rescue Roofing did a great job of installing a new tile roof and gutters! There are no more leaks and the patios no longer flood!
